Week-One: Ya gotta have a gameplan

Man, as I near the end of Week-One I'm realizing there's a lot to this vegetarian diet that have little to do with the food. Time management & research are just as important.

Time Management
I'm finding that most meals have to be prepped and considered days in advance. Because being unprepared is a good way to end up eating the wrong things. As a stared in my fridge last night I saw a bowl of gluten soaking, a piece of salmon marinating, cuts of tofu draining, and a 40oz bag of spinach staring back at me. That should be enough for the weekend right? lol...right?

Research
I find myself all over the internet finding out more of what it takes; often finding contradictory statements. Soy is good, soy is bad. Keep it gluten-based, keep it gluten-free. Even found a vegan bodybuilding website for those that found good protein sources.

It's becoming more apparent that this is definitely a lifestyle change instead of a diet change. At least that's how it should be in the beginning I guess.

Or is it just me? I have a tendency to overthink from time to time...
