Time to bring it home!

(Week 4: (June 22-June 28- Open Week)
  • This week's focus will depend on how we do on the first three weeks
  • We'll decide as a group how GREEN we want to get for this week
  • But still no chicken, pork, beef, lamb, goat, or pork

June is flying by and we're almost at the finish line. Are you learning anything about food? About your body? About your willpower? Well, you've got one more "official" week to test yourself. This last week will be the biggest test for me because I am removing all of my "escapes". For the past 3 weeks, I've done really well except that when I didn't feel like cooking vegetarian, I grabbed fish or eggs. This week, none of that. Either I take the time to prepare food that I've been practicing and learning about all month, or I will not enjoy eating this week. What about you? It's all led up to this. The suggested schedule calls for you make this week the most focused of them all. What's your plan?

(Also, don't forget to post some recipes. We've been kinda lax on that throughout the month and I for one would love a few more options).
