Week 2

Great job to the hardcore that held strong during week 1. To those that fell off a bit, no problem, that's they created.....(drumroll please)....WEEK 2!!! Take a deep breath, put that chicken in a freezer bag marked "July", and get to the grocery store quickfastinahurry.

Don't forget, since it's week two, one of our goals for the week is to create tofu and/or gluten recipes and report them back to the blog for the enjoyment of the group. I for one look forward to what you creative folks come up with.
