Please review the slight changes for week 3 (look at the May 28th post for a reminder). By now, you should be up to 3 days of working out. If you need any assistance with exercise options or information, please post. This group is athletic enough to help you figure it all out.
Also, don't forget to get that water intake up.
Let's all remember to try something with beans this week. Or if you have already done so, please post a recipe so that the rest of the group may benefit. To my knowledge, Jenine is the only one who has tried anything with beans, so the rest of us need to step up our cooking game.
